Corporate Overview
Working in financial services at a time when Black Economic Empowerment deals were making their way to the fore made Craig Gradidge and Kagisho Mahura realise that these opportunities were largely inaccessible to the people they were designed to benefit.
They also understood the poor saving culture in South Africa, the reality that less than 10% of people are able to retire comfortably and the fact that most financial advisors were predominantly white Afrikaans males. And so, they set out to change that, growing a business that focused on wealth creation and financial inclusion for previously disadvantaged South Africans through a value-based, client-centric business model.
And 10 years on they have done all that and then some. With almost a billion under management and a client base as diverse and colourful as our rainbow nation, GM Investments has beaten the industry giants for the Top Wealth Manager Award nationally by remaining true to their ethos of providing expertise, advice and professional service in the best interest of their very happy clients.
